Initial Consultation

Service Description

Prior to our initial consultation, you'll fill out a detailed client intake for my assessment. The first consultation session will last from between 1-2 hours via phone or Zoom. I'll conduct a thorough exploration of your individual health journey and delve into your current dietary and lifestyle practices, as well as outline your unique objectives and goals. A few days after our consultation, you’ll get a personalized plan of action which may include dietary, supplement, and lifestyle suggestions, and the functional lab tests I recommend that we order to help get to the root cause of your symptoms. After the lab tests come back, you will schedule an appointment to discuss the report of findings.
